Last night at work was kind of rough. I got home around 7:30am, ate a banana and a chocolate protein shake, then went to bed around 8:30. I slept about 12 hours, so I guess I really needed to sleep off some stress. I just took a shower and made a pot of coffee so I can stay up and do some housework, bake some zucchini bread, read a novel and then take my daughter to school in the morning so my sweet hubby can sleep in (he doesn't have anything scheduled for this Monday, for a change). I'll do my 90 minute walk after school drop off, then go to bed.
