No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
My back hurt again today and got worse as the day went on. But after doing 30 minutes of pool running and some stretching in the water, it felt much better. I think I just need to get up and do a lap around the office every 30 minutes or something to keep moving. I really wish I could have a standing desk at work, but I tried and no dice.
I cheated and did a pre-weigh-in at the gym after I got out of the pool and was at 172.5ish. Different scale, different time of day, and different wardrobe than my usual weigh-in, so who knows how that'll translate. I'll find out tomorrow.
