Blog to Lose

No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

Woohoo I had a pretty good day! It started with hitting the snooze button 4 times, once I finally got up I had to make food for work bc I didn't do it last night. Then I had a chobani yogurt (I tried lemon and I dont think I like it) and some fruit for breakfast. I went to work and organized and cleaned out almost all of my groom desk! Work went pretty good too, I squeezed in a dog that I was supposed to do next saturday and two of my dogs had the wrong appt time but I dealt with it and all was fine. I had no stupid freak outs over work today. yay. I also didnt have time for a snack but I didnt let the stomach growling hunger ruin my food choices and I had the lunch I prepared for myself,minus the grapes bc I ran out of time.

I didnt get in any exercise today, but I did alot of work on my house, moving couches and shelves and a giant cage. So its not like I was sitting around all day. I had to move a gigantic shelf that the back broken out to the street and once I tried to move it, the whole thing collapsed. That was annoying but made me feel better about not trying to fix it. ( I dont like to get rid of things, even if they are broken, working on it) I also went through my books again and decided to get rid of another 15! I am being really selective on what I keep. However now the room that leads to the bathroom has been the storage room and there isnt a path to the bathroom. I guess I;ll have to walk carefully. lol.

I did great eating the rest of the day, and I think I'm going to have a little snack so I dont go to bed hungry. Tomorrow may be alittle more stressful at work since I have a packed schedule, and I am not looking forward to thursday! I just have to try and have a good attitude about it I guess!

If you have lemon left over, maybe adding some fruit will distract from it?
