No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
I've been hustling to get back in a grove. On the 31st, I had a training out of town, immediately followed by a conference in D.C. where my Director and I left on Saturday and came home Tuesday night.
I tried to set myself up for success by packing proportioned snacks and bringing fruit with me to nibble on. I drank lots of water too .... and we walked A L O T.
However, for the most part, food options were not in my control so I had to be intentional in my eating.
I wasn't going to weigh when I got home, but I did and was up .8. Not bad really. However, since Wednesday to last night its be hard to find my groove again. Last night when I got home from work, I was hungry and thought --- this is not going to end well. And it didn't. UGH.
But that was yesterday. Today is a new day. I need to clean the fridge and go grocery shopping so that I have good options to choose from. I also intend on getting out to the park for a long walk/interval run.
I have a weigh in on Monday and I don't want to have an official gain.
