Blog to Lose

No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

So I found out on Monday of this week that my boss was taking me to Boston on Business Wed-Fri of this week.  So that meant I had 7 meals out over the last couple days...I usually WI on Friday morning but because I wasn't home I couldn't.  I would have when I woke up this morning, but I totally forgot because I had to get up and out early for my daughter's basketball playoff game.  So I'm thinking tomorrow I will step on, to see if my choices were good enough.  I did well with my choices.  It is always so hard when you are eating out and not knowing exactly what goes in to recipes.  I don't know why I have that feeling that I won't have a loss this week but, that is how I'm feeling, to the point that I'm not sure if I should skip my WI....I know, I know probably not the best strategy!  I don't think that would be the smartest choice since I have another couple days away for our younger daughter's Regional Competition.  This year it is in New Hampshire just like last year.  I typically pack most of my food for this, but also have of a couple of meals out.  I did not sleep much while away and now it is catching up with me and I'm tired.

You need to give yourself a break. I know you are making the best choices given what you have. I don't think it will hurt anything if you wait until next week to weigh in. Be sure to get enough rest. Believe it or not lack of sleep is not good for weight loss. With RA it is extremely important to get rest since when you have a flare up it will knock the stuffing right out of you. Hope your daughter does well at her competition.

I think you are right Paula!  I'm hurting all over and had a massive headache today and felt nauseous.  I think it's from the lack of sleep!  No scale for me!  I have more travel coming up in a few days and I hope I sleep this trip!!!!!!
