No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
finaly got some sleep after working 2 daays, 12 hr shifts, but i ate nything that was infront of me, like nything, noodles, stuffed cheese bread, all the fast food i ican get and jst junk eating, i feel horrible, everytime i start its just so hard to keep up with it, after a day or two, it goes down, but still gonna try, m supposed to weigh myself in on tueaday, lets see, i still got time.
