No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
Not much to report: super busy, feeling a little stressed out with Homecoming tomorrow, not sure where to start with all the work I have to do, but.....
I ran 2.75 miles today--34 minutes. I worked my butt off at school. Oh, and I dressed up today as the Double Rainbow for famous duo day.
You know what I notice about this picture of myself? I don't feel blah about my legs. For the longest time I've hated my thighs (they are seriously thunder thighs), but now I don't care. I don't feel like they look flabby. They take me on runs.
Oh, side note, this week I had to start wearing smaller bras. I've gone down a cup size. Not that I'm super-duper excited about that necessarily, but maybe eventually I'll start noticing the scale catch up!
Here's the meal plan today:
B: 2 c. milk w/ 2 tbsp PB2 (one chocolate pb and one regular)
L: 1 tortilla square leftover from dinner last night (recipe from the Fresh 20); 1 cup of "canned" peaches in juice
Snack: banana in 2 tbsp peanut butter
D: 1 large baked potato w/ 1/2 c. canned 98% ff chili and 1 oz shredded cheddar (I have to eat quickly and head over to float building tonight)
