No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
Yep, I'm tired, but in a good way. Trying to increase my exercise daily. Today I did double what I did a week ago (in minutes--it wasn't much to start with) That's how I have to look at it. To play numbers games in my head. If I look back at 4 months ago and the workouts I was doing then, I feel like a wimp and a failure. But today I did more than yesterday and I know I've done my best so far for the day.
Eating has been going just fine this week. We have lots of fruits and veggies in the house, so that's good, been making my smoothies, learning what I love and what I definitely won't combine again. Like this morning I did peach greek yogurt with frozen raspberries, skim milk and almonds. Bleck. just turned my stomach. Last night I made a very small one for after dinner that was AMAZING but I won't do it again--it was a Fit and Active Fudgecicle bar (100 calories) with a little skim milk and almonds. It blended down to about 1/4 cup of DELICIOUSNESS. I won't do it again though because it made want a lot more--was hard to just leave it at that. --I guess I would feel more satisfied taking more time to consume the fudgecicle and munch on a few almonds. The victory was not going with my impulses
Have to go to the doctor (annual) this afternoon. Fun, fun.
