Blog to Lose

No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

Well, I had two good workouts this weekend but I need to step it up and start a diet. I was watching what I eat but that's not going too well. I cheat more when I'm not on a diet. If I'm going to be serious about losing weight then I need to step up. Wish me luck!

Great job on two good workouts.  I find that when I am working out I want to put better things in my body.  I follow weight watchers online which works well for me.  I also like to have a plan.  Just make sure that you find something healthy that is a lifestyle change and not a fad diet.  Good luck, keep up the good work and share what you decide to do.

Try something flexible at first--like myfitnesspal or similar free sites.

Doing good on my diet. Lost more 3lbs! I cut out the carbs except fruit and wheat. Easy to follow and so far it's working.
