No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
Today was better. I realize it is time to push forward. I will get through this tough time like I always do. I had a not so great eating day, but I did do Power 90 Sweat DVD after work. Guess what was on my porch? Yep, Insanity. So I've been reading the info and the diet plan and I am ready. Ready to make the change, to lose weight, to get strong. I think it is time to view food other than calories alone. I am going to go back to some basics that worked for me.
1. Cut back on fat (oils, check packages on foods)
2. Cut back on dairy (I've got lazy with cheese & ice cream)
3. Cut back on my fruit consumption
I am not sure if I should do 3 meals a day no in-between snacking or 5 small meals a day as advised in the meal plan that came with insanity. Or maybe I should learn to listen to my body and only eat if truly hungry. I really want to stop the cycle of bad eating. I am tired of starting over. I am going to make this 60 day commitment with Insanity and diet. It's only 60 days right?? : = )
