I've basically eaten like garbage in the three days I weighed in at 210 and let me tell you ~ I can feel a difference. I woke up today and did a four mile workout with five pounds weights. It was rough. But I did it. I could even feel that crappy food weighing me down and holding me back. I have four days left to get this back on track before the next weigh in and I kind of really have to...
I have Saturday night plans and have a special outfit I need to fit into by then!
