No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
I have been going strong since the end of March. I got tired. I had wings, nchos, beer, wine, pastry. Well, not all at once or on the same day. I would be sick! But spread out over the week a bit here and there. I was just TIRED. I still tracked it all, and hell my worst day was 2300 calories. Most days I was only was over a few hundred and I went the the gym pretty much every day. So the sum total of all this is I gained one pound (maybe). Whatever, that friggin oreo cookie cannoli was awesome:)
Today is Patriots day at the local pub, and the good news is I got my wing and nacho craving out of the way last week. So I plan to just order a pretty healthy lunch today during the game. Back on track this week!
