No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
Hello everyone out there!
This is my first time blogging and I really like the idea of being able to send my progress, rants and problems out into the WWW.
I, like so many others, am a serial yo-yo dieter i'll lose a few pounds and then put it back on plus more. Everyone (the slim people!) say dieting is easy, it's all about eating less and exercising more but it's the will power to head for the fruit bowl rather than the chocolate when you've had a bad day and need some comfort.
I am determined to make this attempt count! I recently read on someone's blog 'in a years time you would wish you started today' so this is me, starting today. I am a member of myfitnesspal, which is amazing! I keep track of what I eat even if it's not as healthy as it should be. I also intend to exercise alot more, I would love to be able to run a marathon this time next year. I attempted to run a 5k a few weeks ago and I made it around but with a bit too much walking!
I travel alot with work which means it's different hotels with different scales. The hotel I am currently at puts me 4 pounds lighter than the previous hotel, so although the actual figure may be off the weight loss will be correct. I intend to blog at least once a week and hope that one day I can be an inspiration like so many people on here already are.
