No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
Well, I've managed to allow the scale to creap back up. I have almost vanished from the gym, haven't been in about 2 months. We have been buying a house, finally wrapped that up and at the moment I'm in Colorado so life has been pretty hectic. This should not be a reason that I have neglected myself and they gym. My goal is to make my workouts a priority and not something that gets pushed to the side when something more pressing comes along. I want the gym to be something that I am so used to doing that I feel really odd when I'm not doing it....a habit....a really persistent habit. I want to crave workouts like a smoker craves cigarettes.
Tomorrow morning begins again...again and again and again until it is ingrained in me. I'm going to take advantage of the hotel gym here in CO and try to shed some pounds this week.
Focus will be key and making sure I am not sitting around and eating tons of junk.
