Blog to Lose

No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

Well, today was an OK day

The Good: I stayed reasonably close to my meal plan, and had a -300 calorie workout (not inlcluding intensive weights!!)

The Bad: Someone had gone out of their way to buy me a speical (unhealthy) mango yoghurt, which i was "forced" to eat

The UGLY: I fell into temptation at lunch time, and had YET ANOTHER MAGNUM!!!

B: Plain yoghurt, watermelon, stewed apples

S: Mango Yoghurt, grapes, strawberries

S: Mandarin

L: Pumpkin Soup, fruit, MAGNUM :(

D: Tempeh with brown sugar dish (yuM!!), rice, steamed veggies, pineapple, bit of egg

Why not just PLAN for a magnum into your caloric allotment so you won't feel like a failure each time you eat one?
