No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

I started Brazil Butt Lift program on Sunday. You better believe I feel it in my butt. Today was the cardio DVD and learning all those moves is tough. I just kept dancing and watching to see if I could pick up some of them. I guess this DVD will take time. Then I did the tummy DVD and I didn't like it, so I think I will use the abdominal workout that I have on Power 90 instead. Tomorrow is another round of Bum Bum. YIKES! I don't know if my butt is ready for it again. Today was super stressful. I am so overworked! I have 574 emails I need to get to! I have to admit exercise has really helped with the stress. I did really good with my eating. No sugar, 1 serving of bread and tons of veggies and beans. One good thing about being busy at work is no time for snacking. Hope everyone had a great Monday.

Sorry you are so swamped with work! Yikes!

I hate to say this- but I am glad to hear your bum is sore!  No pain- no gain!!! :)

Great job on the workout! I agree that busy = less snacking at work. 574 though! Oh man!!!

This new workout sounds intense! I've been off-line for a couple of weeks, so you  probably already explained, but I'm curious- no more Power90, or are you just taking a break and trying something new?
