No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
Seriously. After the last few festivities in just a few short days I KNOW I have gained weight back and it isn't just that symbolic water weight gain. A wedding, 2 dinners, a lunch and a long birthday dinner all in a matter of 2.5 days.....yeah, well you get it.....no need to elaborate
I think and feel like I've gained 10 lbs. Whether I've gained 10 exact lbs remains to be seen but the extra weight is there. I honestly think that if I didn't have BTL to check in with I'd be utterly doomed and on a road back to weight gain. But all I can think is that I'm SO ready to get back into losing and exercising.
I've been reading The New Rules of Lifting for Women and really like the book a lot. I just need to get the exercises down first and I'll be fine but I'm thinking of that program for something different. Plus, who wouldn't LOVE to eat more and only work out 3 days a week and get results!! Has anyone done this program or know about it?
