No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
I remember telling someone to try to stop smoking b/c her health and coughing had gotten worse. It was a long conversation so it's not like I was just telling her out of nowhere. Anyway, her response was that e/time she tried, things got hard. I told her what my doc said about my anxiety, "THAT'S LIFE!"
E/time I try to get a hold of my eating, thinking or exercising, it gets HARD. Things seem to venture into "CAN YOU BELIEVE _________ HAPPENED?" territory. As in, can you believe my son got sick and we had to spend 8 hours in the ER while I had to skip my run and couldn't catch up on sleep? Or, can you believe we couldn't make it to the grocery store for three days so we had to order out? You know, the typical stuff.
I told my husband that life is life and I have to stop using it as an excuse. Injuries happen, bad "outings" happen, people bring over food, blah blah. It's life, when will I get healthier if I keep waiting for it to stop going? Never, lol.
Oh, yeah. That cheeseburger was a total of 41 points (with fries) so by eating half, I only ate almost an entire day of my points. LOL. Good thing I clean a lot, with the walk yesterday and the cleaning today, I'm only using 7 of my weeklies. Crap, the cheeseburger wasn't that great!!
