No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
Glad it is the end of the week. Happy that I kept my calories in line. I did have a few extra veggies & fruits packed today. Since they are so low in calories they don't cause too much trouble. Tonight I did Power 90 Sweat and it was good. I am almost tempted to just go with it for a while. It was the program that really got this party started for me. I got results and weight did come off. I still want to try Biggest Loser Boot Camp. I guess I will decide when my exercise week starts up again. Not much new going on here.
