No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

Glad it is the end of the week. Happy that I kept my calories in line. I did have a few extra veggies & fruits packed today. Since they are so low in calories they don't cause too much trouble. Tonight I did Power 90 Sweat and it was good. I am almost tempted to just go with it for a while. It was the program that really got this party started for me. I got results and weight did come off. I still want to try Biggest Loser Boot Camp. I guess I will decide when my exercise week starts up again. Not much new going on here.

Maybe you should if you feel good about doing it you are more likely to stick with it. Then when u get bored then u can change it up right

I'm glad that you're keeping your options open--sometimes the Power 90 and sometimes others--so you don't get burned out.:)
