No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
The day started out with a bust! With no food in the house and no lunch bag to pack it in anyway, I just threw some protein bars and a protein shake in a plastic grocery bag. :( Oh, how I miss my lunch bag!! How silly. I know.
So, I had like 3 protein bars and 1 protein shake and some almonds during the day. Needless to say, I ate dinner before walking to the grocery store. I did not want to eat healthy. I was starving and in a bad mood from work but, thankfully, things ended up fine. After groceries, I wanted to come back and take another spin class but thought it best to rest my muscles a day before going again. I screwed up last time and overdid it and paid for it. I really love spinning!
Will try to catch up tomorrow. I'm beat and still have work to do.
Breakfast: black coffee, 1.5 protein bars (300)
Snack: 100 cal pack almonds (100)
Lunch: protein shake (250)
Snack: protein bar (140)
Dinner (total guesstimates but not too bad): some broth soup (~150), rice with a fresh banana (weird but good) (~200), grilled fish filet and 5 yummy french fries (~500??)
"Snack" - one chocolate cream cookie something or other - (200)
Exercise: 30 minute brisk walk to store
