No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
Yes, in 2.5 weeks my #1 will be starting kindergarten. Where did the time go? Better yet, in my mind, I just started summer. Oh well...
My new goal for the next 100 days is to eat real food meaning food that contains less than 6 ingredients that I can pronounce. I did this about three months ago but then I got sick for about a week and the hubby introduced fast food again to the system and the addiction came back. So did the family sickness. We are now back on the wagon. Here is where I go the idea from.
I grew up eating this way. Then there was college and I never recover...sigh..
During our first attempt at the 100 days, there were actually few complaints. They (the boys) even stopped asking for fast food (pure miracle). So this should be easy.
The first problem I am anticipating is that we are going to NYC for my son's 6th birthday. We have been before but was not food conscious. Thankfully, I found some tips.
The next problem I will be tackling, which will last the entire school year, is that my son has to bring lunch. I like it because I can control his food however I do not like it because I have to come up with something interesting every day.
