No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
The sting of the Pats' loss is just starting to subside. I had a tough weekend and gained a pound!!
But, I've been doing fine since yesterday. I've been staying on track, filling up on veggies and high fiber foods. My goal is to not repeat the pattern I've repeated for years (start diet, lose weight first week, lose a little second week, gain third week...fall off wagon...repeat). I know this is a lifestyle change and not a "diet", but it will take some time for it to become habit.
Anyway, daily blogging is becoming difficult to keep up with, so I"m just going to check in a couple of times a week. I am still keeping track of my points daily outside of the blog.
