No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
Hello! Is anybody out there? I got to leave work early for the snow today :) I'm still at it losing weight. I'm using my fitness pal for tracking. I'm doing meal prep and using my kitchen scale and I'm sticking to it really well. However, the bathroom scale is moving in super, duper slow motion and it's starting to get frustrating. I think I might need to drop my calories down a smidge. I'm only 5'2 and I sit at a desk all day. I think I'm going to drop down a little and see what happens. I just want to see some better progress so I don't lose motivation. Also my weight has been kinda all over the place I step on the scale a couple times a week and it is up and down by a couple pounds making it look like I lost 3 pounds over the last month on a really good day and 1.5 on a bad day. I'll check back in, hopefully with a loss!
