No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

Hello! Is anybody out there?  I got to leave work early for the snow today :)   I'm still at it losing weight. I'm using my fitness pal for tracking.  I'm doing meal prep and using my kitchen scale and I'm sticking to it really well.  However, the bathroom scale is moving in super, duper slow motion and it's starting to get frustrating.  I think I might need to drop my calories down a smidge.  I'm only 5'2 and I sit at a desk all day.  I think I'm going to drop down a little and see what happens.  I just want to see some better progress so I don't lose motivation.  Also my weight has been kinda all over the place I step on the scale a couple times a week and it is up and down by a couple pounds making it look like I lost 3 pounds over the last month on a really good day and 1.5 on a bad day.  I'll check back in, hopefully with a loss!

I am still here too. I use paper & pencil to track along with my kitchen scale I got a Aldi. I love that store. Now that I see more activity it might be time to start posting again.

My kitchen scale has been getting some good use as of late and will continue to as well:) The great thing about mfp is that you can put your recipes in and it will track all of the nutritional values.. the good and the bad;) Plus you can track your exercises as well. Plus there is a whole support group there as well.

So glad to hear from you ladies! It's been to quiet around here lately! Yes I love my kitchen scale! I also love Aldi although I bought my scale at Costco. I upgraded to a really pretty glass one because my old one was going through batteries like crazy! I shop at Aldi every week and Costco only about once a month. My Aldi is supposed to be getting a renovation and getting bigger! I can't wait! Btw it looks like lowering my calories is helping! I'm down to 146.8 as of my last WI. I have to update my stats on my page but, I can't seem to do so from my phone... Anyway I should make a new post about all of my food prep! Today we were snowed in so I did lots of cooking! I just love having meals I can grab when I'm running out the door to work and a couple dinners form late work nights. I look forward to catching up with you all!
