Hello everyone! I haven't blogged in a while but my ongoing quest to be a healthy weight goes on. I recently became self employed so as my life settles into more of a schedule I'm finding it easier to consentrate on reaching my goals again:) it always blows my mind how easy it is to throw everything out the window when ever life gets stressful or depressing. That's something I really struggle with, I'm really going to try to not let stress or what ever be a reason to eat. I'm sucha emotional eater.
Today was pretty good, I went over in points a little. But I'm gonna run tonight so that'll help. This weekend me My Husband and our 2 sons are taking the train to Chicago for Labor Day weekend. My 3 year old is obsessed with Trains right now and I can't wait to see his reaction when he realizes he gets to ride a real train!! He's gonna be so excited. So my goal for this week is to not go over in points and to bike or jog everyday till we leave on Saturday. It'll make me feel better about the deep dish pizza and ice cold beer I plan on having when we get there:) hope you all are having a fabulous day!!
