No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
Hello! I know its been a couple weeks and that I should have posted a few times within that time and I truly have no good excuse why I havn't. I have great news though. As of last Sunday 9/9, since I've started which was 8/19, I have lost a total of 17.4 lbs. I'm definitely not complaining ;)
What I have been doing the past couple weeks, sticking with my 1500 calorie diet, keeping what I eat low-fat as well. Eating every 3-4 hours. Drinking LOTS of water. I work out for 30-60 minutes at least 3 days a week.
What am I doing that is new? Nothing. I have not done any change-ups with anything I've been doing to be healthy and lose weight and I'm due for little changes so I stay motivated. Anyone have any suggestions??
