Blog to Lose

No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

Yesterday I slept after church....for four hours!  I was exhausted I guess.  It meant I didn't do any grading Sunday, but maybe my body just needed the rest.  I don't feel bad about it at all.  And today I have a sore throat so I'm hoping that I'm not getting ill!

Here's my meal plan today:
B: Yoplait light, 1/2 c. unsweetened applesauce; coffee w/creamer

L: a serving of Jalepeno popper dip and 9 townhouse crackers; pumpkin chocolate chip muffin

Snack: 1/2 c. unsweetened applesauce; some chocolate animal crackers w/2 tbsp frosting (I caved--darn hormones)

D: chicken pot pie; frozen banana w/pb2 (using Roni's idea of sticking all in a Bullet

Oh no!  I hope you wake up feeling better this morning!!  I hate being sick- not that anyone really likes it!! :)
