Blog to Lose

No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

Sometimes it just works when you keep it in the back of your mind to watch what you eat and then try to get extra movement in.  Amazingly, I am down 1 pound from last week even though I ate M&Ms's yesterday.  I did a lot of housework so maybe I worked it off.  :)
