No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
I haven't smiled when stepping on the scale for a long time, but I am down another 1.5 pounds!! I am so excited...have not seen that number in forever!! I still would like to lose another 8.5 pounds but I am getting there.
A year ago I was running the Disney Half Marathon with Team in Training and I have a few friends who are running it today. It is bringing back such awesome memories. I couldn't help myself, I printed out a 12 week half marathon training plan. I have been debating whether or not to do a local race on April 28th because I am so crazy busy, but I need this!! I love having a training plan and sticking to it. I can't wait to get started in a couple weeks!!! New goals rock!!!
