Blog to Lose

No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

 This was phenomenal! I did the first workout dvd, at first I thought to myself....25 minutes geez maybe I should just do the second DVD...then thought twice about that. I am very glad I started with DVD 1!! lol

 It was excellent! I was feeling it! EVERYWHERE! Arms, legs, belly, butt, back! I loved it. The sweat was coming in buckets too! What I really loved about it is, it was hard but it was doable and I didnt want to quit, like I do with Jillian EVERYTIME! I finished and was very proud and felt like I could do this shiz!

 I read reviews ...plenty of them! Most were very positive the complaints were that it is boring. I can see that happening. I guess I will just throw on the mp3 and crank that workout music up!! It really doesnt have to be FUN it just has to work! I really think this will work! YAY!

Power 90 is boring too, but with the results I got I am willing to deal with boredom. I hope my Slim in 6 comes soon. I want to start it going.

Did you take before photo's? I did when I started Power 90. Sometimes we don't realize how great we are doing until we see photo's side by side.

No I havent taken a photo today....I will make sure to get one taken before bed though! Good idea.

It is a 6 week program, although I am sure you can work out to it anytime. 

I am way more motivated to work out at home than in a gym with people everywhere! lol

Glad you enjoyed Slim in 6. I've never heard of it. Sometimes I wish I had my own workout room in our place.

So glad you loved it!  When you love something you are motivated to do it!!!  I can't wait to follow your progress.  Take some photos so you can see the difference! You will be so glad that you did!!!
