No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
I was SO good all last week and saw quite a nice loss on the scale at Saturday's weigh in. In fact, I'm back in the final countdown to onederland range again and then the weekend arrived. We ate out. Every meal. The entire weekend. Sigh. Not only did we eat out all weekend, but all of a sudden the future husband has decided that cheesey fries are a required starter. Try to say no to those twice a day. It doesn't work!
What's done is done I guess.
I started today off with a one mile workout and ate breakfast and lunch at my desk. We actually preplanned dinner tonight, so I know that's going to be eaten in as well. I'm shooting for a longer workout without weights tomorrow. Fingers crossed!
