No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
I got the dreaded cold! I have been working out for three weeks 6 days per week and have not missed a workout until today. I got up yesterday morning and worked out but I only finished a little more than half, I felt sick and had no energy. By yesterday evening I was running a fever, runny nose, sneezing and just basicly felt yucky. This morning I just did not have the energy to workout but I did stay on track with my eating. Normally Sunday is my day off but I am taking to day off instead and I am not going to let this derail me; I am on a journey to change my life this is not an all or nothing plan. I am so excited to just know that I am going to be ok. I can do this, this will be the last time I take this journey.
