A good workout, incline up to 5 the entire time then I would push it up sometimes. 4 or 5 minutes, then back down to 5. Im telling you, I felt a lot better when I was done. More clear minded, Feeling better about life in general. I am Glad :D Im still going to do my floor work tonight. After I clean my messy house, sigh. I'm sorry you're feeling down. I guess it is normal for us to have those moments every now and then but I don't like when you can't pinpoint something - kwim? I think it's great you went for a workout and it put you in better spirits for hopefully the rest of the weekend!

The floor exercises/toning still counts! :)

BTW--are you getting enough sleep? Sometimes that impacts our moods. :)

Exercise is a mood lifter for me. It can also help with stress. Lately I have been feeling like I am ready to just crawl under a rock. Too much going on and throw in some stress and depression? OOO it can be serious. I hope the dark clouds part soon for both of us. A Klondike Reese's ice cream? Now that sounds YUMMY!!
