No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
I ran 2.6 miles today. 32 minutes. Not too bad considering my warm-up and cool-down are figured into that. I'm getting better slowly but surely! I'm starting week 7 on Tuesday!
Here's the plan today: after lunch, hubby and I are going into town so that I can buy costumes for the various Spirit Week days at school. Gotta love Homecoming week.
Here's the meal plan:
B: homemade waffle w/1/2 c. vanilla ice cream and 1/3 tsp pb2. Yum. Love dessert for breakfast lol
L: pork tenderloin and salad w/ "ranch" dressing--homemade with 0% plain greek yogurt
D: OUT--we are going to hubby's mom's for dinner. Not sure what will be served.
