No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
All week my youngest child has been up all night (which means that I too have been up all night) with high fevers, chest rattling, and severe coughing. So I took him to the doctor yesterday morning and it turns out that he has RSV Yikes, He had RSV in January and was actually hospitalized for it for a few days So I spent all day yesterday running all over getting prescriptions filled, getting hydrating options for him, and locating a nebulizer for the breathing treatments he has to take I got home after noon and knowing that I hadn;t eateb anything yet, i ignored the thought and kept on cleaning and running around. It was 2:50 befor I finally had anything (I had afew pretzel twists that i had bought my son at the doctors office and a big lick of frosting and cake batter from the cake I made for my kids fall festival) So I made a smoothie of diet V8 splash, 1/2 cup of frozen fruit, and 2 cups of raw spinach (I need the fiber REALLY bad) and then did not have anything again until dinner til dinner At about 8 i decided to take the kids to get frozen yogurt where i managed to consume250 calories worth of frozen yogurt. Icckk!! After i got the kids bathed and ready for school and got the house cleaned up, I managed to drag my tired bug butt up on the eliptical and do 2 miles on it and did my floor exercises. I usually run a mile on the treadmil too but i was feeling pretty bad during my workout so I didnt do it I spent some time with God and fell asleep on my bed for a few mins until my sick baby came in and then it was up most of the night again I hope this week of not sleeping and my weird eating/not eating yesterday doesnt hurt my weigh in monday.
