It's interesting how a little motivation can go a long way.
Oh. And getting a filling.
For a number of reasons, it was the perfect storm of not eating yesterday - from being up late, to coming in to work late, to lots of meetings...I finally got in some food at lunch. And right after work, I had a cavity filled. So my mouth was numb until about 9:30. Ate the rest of my calories. Days like that, while they suck, sure make things easier sometimes.
As for right on track, it's interesting how this little exerspy lets me know where I should be, and it's pretty darned close. Based on the calories in/calories out that it calculates, I'm within half a pound of where it thinks I should be right now. And a half pound is nothing for a guy like me to fluxuate...so it's right on. Very cool!
Only about 200,000 calories left to burn! Oh, 200,000 more than I eat, that is. But not today. I'll take 2000 for today. :)
