No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
I worked out my 6 days this last week Tuesday through Sunday. Woke up today with a huge amount of energy. So I worked out around 5 pm 30 minutes of kickboxing. Not Turbo Fire,the other kickboxing DVD I have. Anyway got done with that and my friend Kaile stops over..so we went to the Y and got on the treadmills and watched the first hour of Biggest Loser. Talk about pumping myself up. They should just have reruns of biggest loser episodes on all the time. hahaha Idk it made me push harder every time the coaches would yell. I was like YEAH I can FKN do this shit. haha Sweat was rolling off me by the time I was finished. Took my shower Did my 50 squats. There is my workout day in a nutshell. Feeling Fab :)
