No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
I went to central park for a run. I used an app on my phone to keep track of the distance. I ran 8.2k in about 50min. I am in great pain today cuz of several blisters on my feet. I put a band aid but I think I might need to go buy some tape so I can tape up my foot and walk without limping.
It was a fun run! I really enjoyed it. It was nice to have some slopes, which is more challenging than running on a treadmill. I might try to do the complete loop around central park this weekend since I don't have much to do anyways.
Breakfast: 2 slices toast- peanut butter on one side, margarine on the other
Lunch: chicken salad
Snack: greek yogurt
Dinner: chicken, veg soup, one peach, one glass skim milk, about 3 servings of crackers (woops! I was starving after the run though)
As for today, I will take a rest. I will go for some drinks after work, then dinner with some girlfriends (mexican food). I don't plan on drinking much, maybe one or two glasses of wine.
