No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
Yeah I'm still here. The last few months have been pretty insane. Highlights of which include moving into a new apartment that is MUCH smaller than the last, and having my hard drive crash on my laptop.
On a better note, I have gotten into a good routine of hitting the Y a few times a week. I have been really good about planning my meals ahead of time for work, and stocking myself with snack so I can eat every few hours.
And it's paying off. I weighed in on Saturday morning at 196.5, which is the lowest I have hit in a LOOOOOONG time. Even when I was averaging right around 200 in college, I RARELY got below 198.
My goal is to lose 10 pounds by the time I do the triathlon on August 11th. So far, I'm down 8.5 :-)
