No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
I can't seem to tell when I'm hungry until I'm starving and my stomach starts growling out of nowhere. I don't want to set my alarm to remind me to eat e/3 hours (I did that a LONG time ago, lol. Silly me.) but it might not be such a bad idea. The kids are getting older and it's two against one all day long. My son is turning a year old in two weeks! OMG, I don't know what I'm going to do when they're both talking.
Anyway, I wrote a few posts back that I was taking some vitamins for my hair, nails and skin. The first day I took them, I really didn't feel hungry. I didn't think any of it but now, taking them over two weeks, I'm thinking they may have something to do with it. I've read that you often crave salty/sweet/sour stuff when you're missing one or more vitamins/nutrients. Could it be they have one that my body was missing and so it was making me crave stuff? The caplet has over 15 supplements, I don't feel like looking each one up... Any thoughts? Me being crazy doesn't count!

Not sure at all about the vitamins being linked to the hunger issues. I can't see how but I'm not 100% sure. Let me know if you notice a difference in your hair, skin and nails. I've always wondered if they're worth the money.
