No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
I had a walk planned with my friend today but woke up to a steady rain (which we needed badly). So we postponed to tomorrow morning. Instead I did 10 minutes of hand weights and 30 minutes on my stationary bike. Then I worked on setting my goals for the next several weeks. So far to go. For me the real struggle is consistancy no matter what.
Last night after I posted my blog I checked on MFP & Burger King's site about the grilled chicken sandwich and medium fries at BK---whoa! I was surprised that it added 880 calories and 36 grams of fat to my otherwise healthy eating day! If it had been the fried chicken sandwich it would have added an additional 300 calories and 30 grams of fat. Sheesh. Education is a big part of this process.
Funny how even if you think you're eating healthy, fast food adds up.
I htink half of that was from fries, though.

Comment by Angie Y on July 20, 2012 at 6:26pm omg, I understand what you are talking about Fit...I used to go to Arby's and get that Market Fresh Turkey and Swiss w no mayo. I thought that as pretty healthy until one day I researched it.....700 and something CALORIES! HOLY SHIT!
