Where did I do some good or make some progress today?
My energy level was good this morning but wained as the day went on. I hit the target with new activity goals. To help keep me on track, I made a chart listing my goals and the last column is like a mini calendar with 28 boxes so I can check off each goal daily.
Where did I let myself or others down?
I went over my calories today. Do you ever eat and not feel "full"? I swear if I could figure out what the difference is when I eat and feel full versus eating and feeling like I still want to eat.....well, I would tell the world, for free, so everyone would feel satisfied after eating and help thousands of women loose weight. Anyway, I did track everything which is good.
What can I do to keep my good habits going?
I am excited about my activity goals. I actually like going through that You Are Your Own Gym app looking at the exercises. Tonight I tried one called Pea Crawl. Looks easy but it wasn't, lol. It will go onto my mental list of ones to try again in a few weeks.
What can I do to address any negative triggers or trends before they get out of hand?
I will pay special attention to calories tomorrow and make sure I am back on track. I feel like experimenting with a new recipe or something, so I will do that over the weekend. I had a grouper dish served over vegetables and a "fennel tomato infusion". I need to find out what the heck was in that infusion because it was delish.
Overeating today is not getting me closer to what I want tomorrow, Tomorrow is a new day, a clean slate, and another opportunity!
