No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
Just a quick note to say that it's been rough getting it in gear like I said I would! I've done really well during the day but barely so-so at night. I've only been to the gym once this week (last night) and we were going on the night bike ride tonight but found out they had it last night instead. I need to figure out some kind of plan to kick it up, oh I don't know, a 1000 notches maybe?!
I hope everyone is doing well. Now I'm exhausted and going to bed and will catch up with everyone this weekend!
