No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
Yes, as evidenced by this post I made it! My halo slipped and yes I did have some candy but nothing scary (pardon the pun).
I'm really proud of this... it was quite a happy surprise to find out that what candy I did have really tasted cloyingly sweet to the point of putting it down/throwing it away. To know that sweets are not as appealing to me as they once were is a minor victory! It wasn't an effort to walk away from them.
. I am back on track and still waiting for my new wheel for the stroller... then my next phase will start, getting active again!
Have a great Friday all!
D
I love how our tastes change! That helps!
Sometimes I want stuff because of the memory of it and then when I eat it, I'm like, "That wasn't as great as I remembered...."
Comment by DMS on November 4, 2012 at 6:22pm That was pretty much how it went! I was gestational diabetic with my pregnancy this time so I literally hadn't had any candy for almost a year (now bubs is 12 weeks) so the sweetness hit me like a truck! lol
