No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
I had a good day. I made good choices. Plenty of veggies, an apple, lefse & tofutti roll ups. I came home and did my Power 90 Sculpt DVD and made a quick Mexican Millet Skillet Dinner. I had never made millet before. It is kind of like couscous. I just boiled it up. In a skillet I cooked minced garlic, chopped onion and corn. Added some cumin, salt and pepper and let it simmer. Once the millet was cooked I mixed it all up in the skillet. It was really good. I will need to find some more recipes using that grain... or is it a seed? Happy Tuesday.
