No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
So...tomorrow is my last day on the Ultimate Reset. I have had such a great experience with this and I will sum it all up in a few days.
I will be able to start working out again on Wednesday and I am BEYOND EXCITED!!! Instead of doing my homework which I really need to be doing, I have been making up a hybrid program of P90X (one of my old favorites) and Les Mills Combat (one of my new favorites). I have a bit of exercise ADD and have trouble deciding on just one program so I think this should work well for me. It will be a struggle fitting it all in with my full time job, school work, and planning my move to Alaska, but with good planning and organization I think I can work it out.
Hybrids work really well for me too. Moving to Alaska? Wow that is quite a distance from CT. What made you decide to move?

Man-for a second, I thought you said you were working out to P90x and Les Mis. :P Maybe since people keep talking about it on facebook, I had it in the back of my mind? :P
