No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

 So ladies, First and foremost I hope you are having a wonderful Thursday, mine has just begun because I cannot switch that sleeping schedule around grrrr... lol 

I got on the scale today!!! Yeah yeah it isn't Sunday but I could not resist! 204!!! YES you read that right! 204!!!!!!!!!!! 5 more lbs and I am to that first BIG GOAL~ being in the ones. Also one of my May goals was to lose 15 lbs......well I am 1/3 of the way there and it is only the 10th!!! :D So since the 208 reading on Sunday I have lost 4 more lbs!  6 lbs in 11 days....I will take that! :D 

I am really pleased that I am getting the results I have been waiting for, this is the lowest weight I have been since I have started this in Feb. I hit 205 a cpl times but this is a FIRST! In September of last year I hit 202 then stopped working out and caring 28 lbs later in Feb I decided I had to keep working out in order to keep from gaining!!!  So anyway.....I am happy. Oh and that house thing, Idk the more we talk about it the less appealing it is. We will have to wait and see how that all works out I guess.

Low calorie intake and working out and hour and a half a day :) That's it!! :D

5 lbs from Onederland! Excellent! I never really thought anything about going from....what is it? Twoderland (lol) to Onederland until I started on this blog. I wasn't using a scale when I crossed over (maybe that's why) so it's hard to relate but I'm happy for you!

oh wow! congratulations. my first goal is to be below 100kgs. my set date is the 25th of may. I have 2 weeks and 1.2 kgs to go.
