No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
I am up 2 pounds! WTF?? I am dancing with those stupid 2 pounds that I lose and gain back. I am fed up with it. I need to break past this plateau and get back to losing weight. I gained back 10 pounds. I have a ton of excuses, bottom line is eating and I was overeating and eating crap! Like all my beachbody products state; Decide. Commit. Succeed. To succeed I am going to:
1. Track my calories and keep them below 1800
2. Have a salad every day for lunch & a small salad with dinner
3. No processed foods. All fresh & wholesome foods only.
I start Burn It Up today and I plan to sweat like a pig! Burn the fat and calories. I can't stand this holding pattern any longer. I want to succeed and I can do it. I know it will not be easy, but if I don't get this party started soon, I will never leave the place I am in now!

What toppings?
@Keem, I use Waldenfarms dressings. The reason is no fat, no calories, no gluten etc. I have tried several and really like them. As for my salads, the one I made for work tomorrow is butterhead lettuce, sliced mushrooms, diced red pepper, cauliflower, and kidney beans.
