No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
Started my TOM yesterday which was food day at work because it was the seniors last day. Thankfully there wasn't very much food, only 2 options, cupcakes and the rice krispies that I made.
First I had to weigh in for our last weigh in for the compeition at work. I was 185.0 with clothes. It was a slight gain but given TOM it was expected.
I didn't do too bad, half a donut in the AM, 1 cupcake and 2 krispies, I took some kids to mcdonalds and didn't have anything. Went to the dollar store to buy the seniors balloons and didn't get anything else there. Then I had a light lunch and supper. Things went well except all the rice krispies that were not eaten that came home with me. That didn't go so well but otherwise things were good. I was proud of myself.
Today, I wanted to get right back on track with my calories, that didn't happen. I am way over today, 740 over after our hour long walk to get DQ ice cream. Tomorrow is my weekly date night with hubby. I hope I can eat on calories.
