No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
Okay, folks....since Christmas, I have done pretty well. I have taken off about 9 pounds that I gained, and am about back to where I was...I am about 151.5 down from 170.6 in the fall and down from 181.9 a year ago. I am much happier. My clothes are pretty loose (i had to get rid of some pants!) and I feel much better. I think I look better too. However, I still feel like I could lose some more weight. As I read past blogs when I first started, I wanted to get down to 150. Now at 150, I think I would feel better at 140 or so, so it's funny how your goals change with time. I don't know when the last time, I have been down to 140...I can't even remember. I think I could get down to that. However, I have hit sort of a wall. It's getting harder for me to lose I think....or maybe it's just coming off slower. It's a tad bit frustrating....why the heck is that?! How do you get over that hump?? Have a good weekend everyone... I am waiting for my boyfriend to come and visit this weekend. I am excited!:)
