No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
Sorry I haven't posted for a few days, but honestly I haven't had much to say. I've been super busy with work, I went running yesterday, and I've been eating so-so, but tracking it all.
Some weeks are just like that I guess. :) I'm feeling really good about where I am as a teacher, as a leader in my school, and as a person (starting running, etc).
Here's the meal plan for today:
B: I had an iced coffee with Bailey's Creamer
L: I had 1/2 chicken breast from last night (with parmesan cheese), leftover mashed potatoes, and 1 roll (all leftovers from dinner last night); 1/2 banana
Snack: other 1/2 banana and the 1/2 c. oatmeal and 2 tbsp PB2 that I was supposed to eat at breakfast
D: 1/2 medium thin crust pizza (it's Friday. I want pizza. Hubby is not home.)
Dessert: 1/2 c. ice cream mixed with some chocolate PB2--kind of like a pb shake. YUM
Sounds like you are finding a balance. I am striving for that myself.

MMMM-should have come to your house for dinner!! I could have sucked down the other half of the pizza and had a shake, too! :)
